About Whisky & Words Publishers
Whisky & Words Publishers was born in 2024 because we believe every great idea deserves a glass raised in its honor. Named in memory of Shahzana’s beloved guinea pig, Whisky, we’ve quickly become Pakistan’s largest virtual publishing house, serving a global clientele.
We bridged the gap between creative storytelling and academic rigor by launching two specialized departments: Ebook and Academic. Our firm operates under the award-winning leadership of Chairwoman and Editor-in-Chief, Shahzana Z. Ghani, named CEO Monthly’s 2024 Publishing Chairwoman of the Year, and our CEO, Moazam Ali, who brings the expertise of 100+ academic publications.
We aren't a faceless content farm. Whether untangling a doctoral thesis or polishing a debut novel, we treat every manuscript with a personal obsession. We don’t just process files; we ensure your work carries your true personality with a professional polish that commands respect.
Our Vision
We see a world where your location or your technical struggles never stand in the way of your voice. Our vision is to become the global home for thinkers and storytellers who want more than just a service—they want a partnership. We aim to prove that whether you’re submitting a high-stakes dissertation or launching a debut novel, the process can be collaborative, transparent, and even enjoyable. We’re working toward a future where "virtual publishing" feels as personal and warm as a conversation at your favorite local bookstore.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to stop brilliant ideas from getting lost in translation. We are here to provide the precision needed for academic success and the creative spark required for literary impact. Through our Literary Excellence Initiative and accessible student support, we strive to make high-end editing, writing, and design available to those who need it most. We promise to keep the "human" in publishing—using our hands and heads, not just algorithms, to ensure that when you put your name on a piece of work, it’s something you’re genuinely proud of.
